| What a difference a week makes. The 2nd Floor is nearly framed complete. The Locker Room (not shown) turned out better than we imagined, and the main entertainment space is spectacular. The whole project is coming together very quickly. By next week, we expect to have the 3rd Floor framed, with decks on both levels and roof trusses in place.

The pace of progress has been great. A few changes in our plan will ADD VALUE to our project by way of a 3rd Floor (North) facing deck. Look for major progress this coming week with the 3rd FLOOR taking shape, and the best views at Autobahn to be unveiled!

| Groundbreaking: September 4, 2007 |
| Paul Gabriel Construction has been doing a fantastic job, focusing on
the Autobahn Garage project and delivering these great photos to keep
us abreast of their progress. The trench was dug, footing poured,
and graded for the next step in the first week of construction.

| Construction progress continues in our 2nd week, with the foundation
walls being poured over the footing, and backfill being added to the
site. Next week will have the concrete flooring poured, and the
stick building will begin.
